We are spoilt with an abundance of produce right on our very door step – lettuce from Booyong Farm, Summerland olives, local cheese and smallgoods, honey from Eureka, and the list goes on. We support low food miles, local business and cooking with seasonal ingredients where possible. Our Head Chef and his team cook with a great deal of pride.
